Post-construction cleaning comprises all the additional tasks needed for a complete cleaning of the entire building after construction work is finished. Rough Cleaning
This phase comes after completing all the necessary electrical work, plumbing, and framing installations. In the first phase, it is crucial to remove large objects and anything else that obstructs movement within the living space. Following this, a general cleaning or vacuuming takes place.
Light Cleaning

Most of our clients are not home when we arrive, most of the time our clients provide a door/ garage code to let our cleaners in. After the cleaning, we do require a walkthrough at least 30 minutes before the cleaning ends to make sure everything is good before the cleaners leave. Just in case they miss something , our cleaners could clean it right away. One of our customer representatives will be in touched with you to inform you ahead of time so you can plan your schedule.
