This phase begins once all major work—like electrical, plumbing, and framing—is complete. It focuses on removing construction debris and waste, followed by sweeping and vacuuming all floors to clear the area for further cleaning. Once cleared, we follow up with general cleaning to prep the area for deeper cleaning. You can expect the following tasks during this phase:
