Do I Have To Be Home During The Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning?
Most of our clients are not at home when we arrive, but provide a door or garage code to allow our cleaners access. After the cleaning, we require a walkthrough at least 30 minutes before the cleaning is completed to ensure everything meets your satisfaction before our cleaners depart. In case they miss something, our cleaners can address it immediately. One of our customer representatives will be in touch with you in advance to coordinate and help you plan your schedule.
