How do I create a Maids in Pink Account?
When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account at this link https://maidsinpink.launch27.com/login/
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?
We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.
How much will it cost?
We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.
What is included in a standard cleaning?
Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.
Do you service my area?
If you’re within the Calgary and Edmonton and their surrounding areas, absolutely. We do service homes outside of city limits but charge a small travel fee which can be selected under extras on the booking form.

How do I book my first appointment?
Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.
How do I change my credit card?
Log into your account at https://maidsinpink.launch27.com/login/ and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.
How do I reset my password?
You can submit a password change request on the customer login page at https://maidsinpink.launch27.com/login/

How do I log into my account?
You can login to your account by clicking on the Login tab at the top right corner of the website, you may also visit the login page by go to https://maidsinpink.launch27.com/login
Refund policy
Refund policy
The customer is responsible to do a walkthrough at the end of the cleaning. Once the walkthrough is completed Maids in Pink will not provide any refund or free recleaning.
Any missed areas must be pointed out during the end walkthrough.
If a walkthrough has been excused for any reason, we will not issue a refund or free touch-up
Why is the discount code not working?
Some discounts are for first-time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple of reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
How can I view my Maids in Pink Gift Cards?
Log into your account at https://maidsinpink.launch27.com/login/ and you will see any outstanding giftcards and respective balances. In addition, you can see any referral rewards you have earned for referring a friend.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
After each cleaning, especially a one time cleaning, post construction cleaning and move out cleaning, we require a walkthrough with the customer to ensure they are 100% happy with our service.
What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?
Walkthrough: If this is your first service, please be at the property for an initial walkthrough and a final walkthrough. If the walkthrough has been excused for any reason, we will not issue any refund or free touch-up.
